What is a family?

A family represents people living together under the same roof, and either being related by marriage, blood or adoption.




There are different types of family however the three main types of families are:


The single parent family:

This family consists of a parent and child/children living under the same roof.





Nuclear family

A nuclear family consists of a mother and father and their child/children.






Extended family


An extended family is a group that consists of parents, children, and other close relatives, often such as those of three generations.
